We are looking to appoint a Euphonium player, completing the section and fulfiling the only vacancy in the band. In an ambitious but friendly environment, you will be performing alongside a great team under the baton of Music Director Jack Capstaff and working with all our musical associates.
The band is firmly established in the Championship Section and based in Belper, Derbyshire with players travelling from across the Midlands and further afield. We typically rehearse just once a week with a fully committed quality rehearsal which increases in frequency prior to major performances.
We thank the departing Ed Cuplin for his commitment to the band as he now makes the move north for university and in doing so joins the Carlton Main Frickley Colliery Band.
